A weekly space to unwind, reconnect, and come home to your body. These gentle somatic sessions blend mindful movement, breath, and nervous‑system–soothing practices to help you release tension, build inner awareness, and move with more ease.
Classes are accessible, slow-paced, and welcoming to all bodies and experience levels. Come as you are—leave feeling grounded, spacious, and supported.
Pricing: • 4‑class block: $66 • Drop‑in: $21
All sessions are recorded and available to you until the end of the month, so you can practice at your own pace and return to the movements whenever you need them.
